FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How much does it cost to enter?
    Each entry costs £250 plus vat @20% where applicable for TFWE exhibitors Each entry costs £225 plus vat @ 20% where applicable for TFWE exhibitors who are also TFWA members
  • Can I still enter if I am not exhibiting within TFWE Cannes 2023?
    Sorry but that's a no no. We think it is important to support our trade association and therefore you must be an exhibitor at TFWE in Cannes 2023.
  • What if I can't see the category my product falls into?
    Then email us at CustomerService@trgoforgoldawards and we will see what we can do to accommodate your product entry
  • Do I have to use your entry template?
    Yes please. Remember you can use up to 30 slides in total and there is no word count. We also foresee you using this as a future marketing tool
  • Do I have to pay before I enter?
    We ask for payment in order for you to access the Entry Form and the Guide to Gold document, which is there to help you include the evidence our judges are looking for.
  • Can I complete the entry form online?
    Unfortunately not.
  • Can I insert links to more infomation?
    No you can't with one exception, and that is for Section 3 which is 'Doing the Right Thing' This section requires evidence which supports your sustainability, environmental impact and links to certification and policy documents are acceptable
  • How do I request feedback and is here a cost?
    The entry form has a tick box for this purpose. There is a charge of £99 plus vat @20% where applicable
  • What do you mean by Customer Touchpoints?
    This section refers to everything you do to build brand/product awareness and engage the customer, prior to, during, and after travel.
  • What do you mean by KPI outcomes?
    In section 1 we want you to include the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that you project/forecast at the outset of this products development. Then in section 4 - we want to know what are the outcomes of those KPIs and were there any other examples of success that you were not expecting.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
